Requirements
- Real Estate Investment: Invest at least EUR 300,000 in real estate properties located in Cyprus.
- Secured Annual Income: Provide evidence of a secured annual income of at least EUR 50,000 sourced from outside Cyprus.
Additional EUR 15,000 required for each dependent spouse and
EUR 10,000 for each minor child. - Clear Criminal Record and Good Health: Applicants must have a
clear criminal record and good health. - Regular Visits to Cyprus: Visit Cyprus every 2 years; no minimum
residency requirements.
Investment Option
Option 1:
Purchase Residential Properties: Purchase up to two new immovable residential properties of a total value of at least EUR 300,000 plus VAT.
Option 2:
Purchase Non-Residential Properties: Purchase up to two new or used immovable non-residential properties (offices, shops, hotels, or other developments) of a total market value of at least EUR 300,000 plus VAT.
Option 3:
Invest in a Cyprus Company: Invest EUR 300,000 in the share capital of a physical company registered and operating in Cyprus, which employs at least five people.
Option 4:
Invest in Cyprus Collective Investment Organization: Investment of EUR 300,000 in units of a Cyprus Collective Investment Organization (type AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
Process
- Biometric Submission: Applicant must travel to Cyprus to provide
biometrics. - Application Submission: Submit the completed application forms and
required documents. - Grant of Permanent Residence: The Civil Registry and Migration
Department of Cyprus will grant successful applicants with the Cypriot
Permanent Residence status. - Processing Time: Processing time is approximately 4 months.
