Investment Option
Option 1:

Option 3:
Rural Property: €400,000 investment in property with a minimum area of 120 sqm in all other regions of Greece.
Option 4:
Real Estate Investment Fund: €350,000 investment in capital of a fund based in Greece or Europe, focused on immovable property in Greece.
Option 5:
Mutual Fund Investment: €350,000 investment in a mutual fund (incorporated in Greece or abroad) aiming to invest in shares, corporate bonds, and/or Greek government bonds.
Option 6:
Government Bonds: €500,000 investment in Greek government bonds with a minimum maturity of 3 years.

Process
- Property Selection: Select property in Greece and sign Power of Attorney.
- Property Purchase: Complete the property purchase process.
- Application Submission: Book submission date in Greece for application.
- Application Process: Lawyer submits application documents and obtains temporary residence permit (TRC) valid for 1 year.
- Biometrics Submission: Applicant and dependents must visit Greece to submit biometrics within the validation period of TRC.
- Approval: Residence permit approval is typically granted within
2 months. - Renewal: Residence permit may be renewed every 5 years, provided the investment is maintianed.
